Have You Checked Your Links Lately? Today I Was Tweaking My Blog
This is too awesome! I had put little Facebook and Twitter "buttons" on the bottom of my AR profile when setting up, but completely missed this opportunity to add LINKS! Peggy outlines how to do this in her blog, along with great examples.
I got a little confused on how to add links to My Outside Blog - but finally saw the menu bar along the top. Clicked LINKS and added away.

I was updating my links on my Outside Blog and my Active Rain Home Page.
I haven't looked at them in awhile and thought wow, maybe I should.
Now, if you are reading this and you're thinking "What links? I didn't know I needed links!" Don't panic. Adding a link to your blog is simple.
Sign into your Active Rain home page. Then go to MY BLOG. Look over to the right under your photo and your address. You will see the words Links add/remove Just simply add your favorite links there.
The reason I was updating mine is because the market has changed, my marketing has evolved and I have more information I would like to share with the readers who follow my local real estate blog. Just click the box to the right to see how the first link works. Interested to see what else I have for links go to LakeRidgeVARealEstateNews.com they are in the right column.
Currently 30% of the traffic heading directly to our Erick and Company website comes from LakeRidgeVARealEstateNews. I like what I see and want the momentum to keep going in the right direction. So my rest begins today.
On the back pages of our Erick and Company website we can see that the leading traffic to our website comes from Google, Lake Ridge VA Real Estate News, Bing, Craigslist and FranklyMLS.com. Do you know what is working and what's not? Can you tell? Do you even care?Have you updated your links lately? It may do wonders for your blog!
