Reward Yourself

By

Keeping with the concept of effective time management it is of great importance even for small successes to celebrate achievement of goals. Promise yourself a reward for completing each task  or finishing the total job. Then keep your promise to yourself and indulge in your reward. Doing this in my life has helped me to maintain the necessary balance in life between work and play. Furthermore, balancing excellence in work with excellence in play , fun, and relaxation our lives will become happier, healthier. Another result of utilizing this balance in life is that of becoming more creative. Your mind is more clear so your focus becomes stronger and you are able to think out of the box more effectively. In this business thinking outside the box closes deals, opens doors and results in more success. This business is very difficult at times but you must maintain and mental balance. Rewarding yourself is the most effective tool you can use for time management and self motivation. These rewards can be something simple like treating yourself to your favorite meal if you get certain urgent tasks done. Or it can be as simple as rewarding yourself by taking a short nap. How do you reward yourself in your daily lives?

Very good advice Eddy. I am very disciplined so never really reward myself. But I do keep a very balanced life.

BTW update your daughters picture every couple of weeks so we can all watch her grow up. She is truly beautiful Eddy.
