Damon. Higher prices? Of course. It's all proximity to D.C.

Lou. Indeed. Folks do enjoy the area.

Andra'. They are wild and if I tried to open the back door and get a better shot, they'd be gone. I have to shoot them through the sunroom window.

Jay. In mileage perhaps, but the traffic gets heavy in rush hour when we get close to D.C. From my home in Lovettsville to Woodbridge is 1.5 hours, just mileage.

Elizabeth. I've never seen much in the way of junk in our area.

But MARC is right there... that is my point. From here we have rail also, but from there to here by car is an hour minimum. MARC is quicker into town.

Jay. MARC is in Brunswick, but it's over an hour to DC. When you get as far out as I am, there is no quick way to D.C.

No matter. My market is MD and VA. I've sold homes in Calvert County (settles November), Charles County, closed January, etc. When an old client calls, I go.

However, if I had to commute daily, Lovettsville would only be of interest if MARC worked or I worked in Loudoun or Farifax County at the most. Perhaps as far as Manassas which is 1.25 hrs. away.

What am I saying. I drive to the Bull Run range 3-4 times a week, 1.25 hours.
