A new experience, a closing on my birthday for a Turkey Girl!

Turkey Birthday Wishes It was Thanksgiving Day when I was born on November 26^th. My mother was thrilled as that got her me and a new toaster oven as a gift since she delivered a baby Thanksgiving Day. Now, the day varies every year, but seems to fall very close to my birthday, if not on the day.

For the first time in almost 10 years of being a Realtor with Tim Francis Realty in Atlanta, GA, I had a closing on my birthday, this past Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. What is impressive about this is actually getting all of the mortgage paperwork and funding done on the famous Black Friday, when 90+ % of the US is not working in the banking/real estate world.

I’m thrilled for my sellers, as they were ready to sell. And I have to say, it was a heck of a Black Friday sale purchase for the buyers!

So, a feat that probably won’t be repeated anytime soon, not a bad Birthday Present!
