Recently I attended a real estate motivational seminar where the speaker advised us how best to answer the question we seem to get most frequently. That is, "So how's the real estate market now?" We were advised, instead of saying "Gr-r-reat," as some do, to answer simply, "Well, that depends," followed by a series of questions and suppositions.
That gives us a chance to engage with whomever is asking in order to find out his/her particular situation and how we can be of help. Just basic questions will do to break the ice and to get information. Are you thinking of selling? Do you have to move now? Are you looking to buy and do you have something to sell before you do?
And, even in this market, we are finding some good news to impart. Read here for this "snapshot in time."
