Thankfully, most of my customers are serious about buying. They may not always be ready and they may not always choose me, but for the most part, most of my customers are fairly well intentioned.

That's pretty funny! I don't know how realistic as I have never networked by having a contractor come over, but a first time for everything is what life is about...
Jay - Yes, I just made this up on the fly. While this story is not really true, there definitely have been instances where I was wondering "why did you even bother to have me over" and I hear all sorts of similar stories on here "I'm in town and just want to take a look, but I really don't want to buy anything."
OMG! Too funny! It was a great first attempt. And the sad thing is I can actually imagine this to really happen to someone.

Jennifer - LOL, you just reminded me a customer from a week or two ago. She was a tad crazy (which was an understatement). She's older and then proceeeded to ask me if I needed any admin or accounting work that she would be happy to work for me. It really caught me off guard, esp since I think she is retired.
Debbie.. This is just tooooo funny. There is one for realtors dealing with sellers. Oh, I was rolling on the floor on that one.
