There is no doubt that low water levels on Hartwell Lake are an important consideration for anyone that is looking to buy a lake home. Some people that are not familiar with Hartwell may get confused about terms such as green zone or red zone. But I think everybody understands what we mean when we say Good Water. And isn't that what you want when buying real estate on Hartwell Lake?
