Trulia. What is not to love?

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Residential

Just over a year ago, I wrote a post titled "Does Trulia Pro work?  It sure did this week..."  It was a post about my early success generating leads from the real estate website Trulia...

This morning, a local agent named Joe Kenny asked on my blog, "Ken, it's been over a year, do you still like Trulia?"

Joe, I still love Trulia.

It's a great website.  It's great for the consumer.  It's great for the real estate agent.

The site draws tons of consumer traffic.  People looking for real estate.  Perhaps looking for a REALTOR® ...

These people are all potential clients for me.

Trulia offers the agent a nice profile page.  A blog.  A place to answer questions from consumers.  Awesome client listing reports...

And it is all FREE!

Do I still like Trulia?

What is not to love?

Ken

Thanks for the update. I've got some marketing funds burning a hole in my pocket and this is one of my options.

I have not been as impressed by Trulia Ken. After reading your post I tried doing some local advertising with Trulia and the click on ratio was terrible. Then they raised the rice for my area so if I wanted renew it for the same price I would get a reduced market share. Glad you have had good success. Maybe I should have stuck with the free version.

Hi Randy and Doug.  Thanks for reading.

I have gotten several great leads from Trulia, and 90% of the time I have been using the free version.  I will become a TruliaPro this spring, but until then I will enjoy the free benefits...
