Green Company at The Pinehills
Awarded Home of The Year!
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) knows a good thing
when they
see it, and The Green Company walked
away from their annual awards ceremony with some things worth bragging
about.
One of the most prestigious awards, 2010 Home of The Year, was
presented
by The Best in American Living Awards (BALA), sponsored by NAHB Design
Committee. The Fresco townhome – Residence One shown
below was
recognized for its innovative design which incorporates indoor/outdoor
living
at its best.
This one level 1,441 square foot townhome features two bedrooms, two
baths, and
a two car garage. The two bedrooms are tucked at either end of the home
allowing for maximum privacy, while the remainder of the home has an
open, layout
which wraps around a magnificent outdoor courtyard.

- The
Green Company “Legends in Residential Marketing” (one of only two
presented this year) at the Nationals awards show.
