FREE eNeighborhoods Program?

By

I don't know how many of the Florida Realtors have looked at their 10/07 issue of Realtor magazine yet, I just received mine in the mail - look at the back page, which has what APPEARS to be a full page ad for FREE eNeighborhoods program (a $350 value!).

I've tried the web address a few times, and finally gave up, and visited eneighborhoods.com. Turns out, as I has suspected, it is a free TRIAL offer, good for 60 days (or, twice the amount of time it takes to build a habit, good or bad).

Who out there loves their eneighborhoods and why? Who can't stand it? I'm curious, as I've always got comments on any software program I use as to what the pros and cons of this particular one are.

Thanks in advance for your comments, input is always appreciated!

I have tried it twice and I liked it at first because it was cool to use the demographics in my listings. Then I tried the free on for 60 days, and canceled too late because it was never working and couldn't reach anyone to cancel. Supposedly they had some server problem in Florida. So I will never use them again.

Now remax.com had them do the websites for about 1.2 the country so I can and my buyers and sellers can access them for free. It use to be owned by a company called Siegent, and now Dominion Enterprises bought them out. But, the same people are there. Dominion bought out Number 1 Expert, Homes.com etc.

My personal opinion is no.

I wish I could add to this, but I'm not familiar with the company.  However, I'm taking away good information, and will keep this post in mind if I come across anyone who can respond from experience.

I tried it, but was not impressed.  My board provides me with so many tools that I found I didn't need eNeighborhoods, although I do like the idea.

Thanks for the 'heads up' on this E-Neighborhood program.  Over and over again, it works out that we never get anything for nothing, and if it sounds too good to be true, you guessed it...
