Arizona Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. has Reorganized and Upgraded Website
Phoenix, AZ - March 3, 2011 - Arizona Wholesale Mortgage (AZWM.com) is announcing some major changes to their primary website, reports Branch Manager, Michael George.
"Over the past several weeks, we have changed our logo, our entire website design, and added an Arizona Mortgage blog, which will be updated at least bi-weekly," explained George.
In addtion, Mr. George reports that the Arizona Mortgage Rates twitter page, located at: http://twitter.com/az_mortgage, will be active once again. Daily mortgage rates will be "tweeted" and available on the website's main page, in the form of a news feed.
Finally, the telephone number of Arizona Wholesale will be changed from (877) 551-8188, to (855) 5-ARIZONA, (or 855-527-4966).
The new telephone will not be active until March 7th.
"Of course, there are many changes and updates in place, but it to list them all here would be far too extensive," Michael George further explained.
In only four days since the new website was launched, Arizona Wholesale Mortgage has seen applications rise dramatically. The FHA loan page and the Jumbo loan page has seen the most immediate rise in transactions. However, every page on the Arizona Mortgage site has been re-written and updated, and visitor statistics have been increased across the board.
Much of the mortgage information needed to be updated simply based on new lending laws, procedures, and the way the internet has changed the mortgage business.
"Thanks to the help of some very good PR and design people, we should continue to have superior natural search results in Google, when it comes to all terms related to Arizona Mortgages. Times are changing and we are changing with it," explained Elvis Saloum, who primarily handles first time home buyers.
In addition, the new site is optimized to be viewed on a mobile phone browser, as well as standard cross-browser compatibility. Visitors who access the site from a mobile phone will automatically be directed to a mobile version of the website.
