The Sarasota Costco location on Palmer Ranch received it's demolition permits from Sarasota County on March 7th. They will have 90 days in which to begin demolition. According to county and company officials, the Sarasota Costco will take 8 months to build. This is exciting news for Westfield Sarasota Square Mall and area residents! Outside of the normal retail items found in the super centers, the Sarasota Costco will also sell tires, gasoline and liquor.
