I am curious, what is the competition like at the Arizona trustee sales?
Would there be any appeal in buying a little further upstream--buying non-performing notes, before they hit the trustee sale? I am looking at a note right now, on a house in Phoenix. I'd like to find someone local to work with on this deal.
