Wordless Wednesday - I can't Believe It's Spring!!

Everytime the snow disappears and we finally get to see the green grass peeking through and start believing that spring might be on its way, we get another snowfall.  Hard to believe that its the first day or two of spring when all we have around us is winter white snow.  Will it ever end?

Snowing Again

Where oh where are the blue skies and the daffodils? Heck, I'll even settle for dandelions (..ya think I might be getting desperate....).

Bob - Can't say that I'm glad I won this contest.  Hoping you score as winner by tomorrow.  I've had enough of the stuff for this season.  Bring on Spring.

Leah... Yayyyy.  It's Spring.  Let's go build a snowman!  Luckily, it was in the mid-seventies here today in Fort Worth.  But if it was still snowing here, I'd be getting kinda crazy, too.

By the way... I really like that new picture of you at the bottom left of your post.  Is it new ?

I feel sorry for you all in the snow belt. It has been in the upper 70's for the past two weeks here so hang on-that means it's coming to a town near you soon.

Chuck - Our 3-4 inches was more than enough for me.

Tony - We had that look on Monday too.  It got washed away only to reappear.

Jay - I'm happy for you too.  I'd be happier still, if the snow were not here too.

Karen Ann - I've had enough of building snowmen.  I'm ready for a spring cleanup.  BTW glad you like my signature.  It's been there for awhile, but you haven't been by since.  Craig Daniels helped me with a new header (I was lucky enough to be his case study in the rain) and I decided I needed a footer to match so used his tutorial to create one.

Debbie - Hope you're right about April.

Dorie - Hopefully, nothing I did ticked her off, but it sure looks like someone did!

Toni - Trying to add salt to the wound, are you?

Well, Leah... if it's been that long since I have been back here to your blog, I guess I need to fix that.  I won't stay away so long this time.

I know I have read many of your posts before... but I just noticed that I was not subscribed to your blog.  Dummie me, I thought I did that a long time ago.  So... I just did.

Also... just for fun... years ago I had a very good girlfiriend named Leah, and it's been one of my favorite names since.  It's also one of my favorite Roy Orbison songs.

Happy Thursday !

Michele - So that's one advantage of living in Brooklyn.

Tish- Ya think?

Steve - I'm waiting for some other color to show its face.  I'm tired of white.

Karen Ann, thanks for subscribing.  And maybe I'll be your new girlfriend Leah.  Happy Thursday to you too.

Hi Leah, I promise it will come. It's sort of like watching a cake baking. It just won't finish right until you walk away and allow the natural process to take place. But I do promise Spring is there and Mother Nature is already doing all her little miracles under the last snow fall. One day you will awaken to a blue sky, new tree buds and things popping up out of the soil ( dandelions included ) and you will sigh and be kissed by the magic of the morning. That day will be there any day now.

Steve, are you just trying to drum up some business, and have us all ready to make a move to Dallas?  If the snow keeps up, your ploy might work.

Jennifer, It's turned so cold that I'm having a hard time believing that spring is coming.  Hopefully it'll get warmer soon.
