The Airline Stewardess Told Passengers To Police Themselves, Reminds Us Look Around, Tell Folks To Buckle Up, Put Tray Up, Put Seat Forward.

That was a first to be asked to look at the airline passengers around me to see who has their tray down, is not buckled up, does not have their seat back straight, forward.

Who is lounging in the reclined position, with their electronic device on, tray down and not buckled up when the captain has said we going down, landing. I don't want to point our who is not playing by the FAA rules and keep my nose in my own jammed in seating area when I fly.

Have you ever run in to that? The two stewardess working my back section of the plane letting us know this last trip back from vacation with the kids that we all were boy scouts. Sat in the back, did not do the security sweep and we on self serve mode and also with hall monitor powers.

Sworn in as deputy sky marshalls to tap the folks around us on the shoulder and tell them to play by the rules.

Ever have that happen? Can you imagine if the passenger gets peeved when the stewardess with the plastic gold wings instructs them to please do this, that how wound up having a fellow passenger reprimanding them could get them. No danger of a food fight unless you are in first class as the peanuts, pretzels are gone unless you want to buy a snatch pack. All to save money, keep fees down as we carry on our luggage if possible to avoid tapping the wallet for additional fees these days.

That's pretty crazy.  I have never had that happen.  My daughter was in Maine this past week visiting family.  Didn't make it up to Caribou this time, but thought of you!

You're not kidding that was a SHORT runway landing!  I didn't see much evidence of wrecked planes in the sea at the end of the runway though.

Cindy  ... It was a beautiful weekend!

Georgina ... The pilot does not want to die either, has kids, a real estate open house to go to after he parks the silver bird.
