As unbelievable as it sounds, we are already well into May and the year 2011 is waxing towards its midpoint!
And already we have a good enough sampling of production data to analyze where we stand and where we will probably end up at year’s end.
So far, 2011 is running pretty much on a par with last year. We haven’t seen any major breakthroughs in the Newnan and Coweta County but we are holding our own and continue to see modest sales production county wide.
The best properties continue to sell quickly, while those priced over market may languish for years. The demand is huge for bargain-priced real estate, not so much for the “average” seller that wants to test the market.
And so, with another week in the books, we press on.
Because this is what we do!
