There were 28 homes on the May 17, 2011 Palos Verdes real estateBroker’s Tour.  We currently have 263 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $724,900 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 to $12,800,000 In Rolling Hills 90274 (the low in Eastview is $499,000).  There are 80 Palos Verdes townhomes for sale between $149,000 and $2,495,000.  My favorite Palos Verdes homes on tour today were:

Sue Murphy and Marie Hoffman (Keller Williams Beach Cities) 2517 Via La Selva, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above left) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,699 square foot home for $1,725,000.  This traditional Valmonte home features a country kitchen, an office and ocean views.  George Fotion’s (Call Realty) 2 Peppertree Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above right) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,000 square foot home for $1,494,000.  This Portuguese Bend home features incredible ocean/Catalina views, a den and a study/office.

Patti Lynch’s (Remax Palos Verdes Realty) 3909 Via Solano, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above left) is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,707 square foot home for $989,000.  This Valmonte home features high ceilings, wood floors and partial city lights views.  Kurt Allen and Judy D’Angelo’s (South Bay Brokers, Inc) 2564 Palos Verdes Drive West, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above right) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,218 square foot home for $1,285,000.  This Lunada Bay home features cathedral ceilings and a huge family room,  all on a 15,546 corner lot.
