Hey Mike - I was the listing agent on this home. Just to make clear, this home is actually located in the White Marlin Beach subdivision - Not Port Antigua. Port Antigua homes can typically command a higher price than White Marlin Beach subdivision.

Hi Claire, Congrats!! Yes that is why I Put Port Antigua AREA, as that usually rings a little more familiar and then I state in the comments that it is in White Marlin Beach.

A good deal of my Miami clients are familiar with the Port Antigua name but are unaware of White Marlin, Toll Gate or Safety Harbor community names (I syndicate this blog in several places). So I use Port Antigua Area to perk their ears, and yes the values in those comunities quite vary.

I am actually working on getting a listing in Port antigua, I will let you know about it once the ink dries.
