Free Concert and Fireworks in Smyrna - Smyrna GA is celebrating it's birthday on the Village Green with a free concert as part of the Summer Series and fireworks. Come on out on Saturday August 6th, 2011. The fun begins at 6 p.m. and I don't really want to say the fun ends at 10 p.m. but the event ends then.

The city of Smyrna was incorporated in 1872, which makes this Smyrna's 129th birthday. Celebrate the birth of Smyrna with music, festival foods, festivities and a huge birthday cake by McEntyre's Bakery. There will be a kids entertainment area so bring the whole family.
