Safety Harbor Florida Market Report for July 2011 is as follows:

There were 18 Single Family Homes sold in Safety Harbor during July 2011. The most expensive of this short list is a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2870 sq ft pool home in Old Harbor Place. This home was on the market for only 75 days, which is amazing since it was a short sale! Listed at $365,500 this home actually sold for $345,000.

On the other end of this list of 18 homes is a 2 bedroom 1 bath 1538 sq ft bank owned home that was listed for $62,000 and sold for $47,250 after being on the market for 246 days!

The average time on the market for single family homes July closings was 147 days.

Safety Harbor FL

When we look at townhomes, villas and condos that closing during July 2011 in Safety Harbor Florida we come up with only 5 closings! The high end of this group is a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with 1235 sq that sold after 435 days on the market for $150,000. It was originally listed at $165,000 and was in Philippe Bay.

At the least expensive end of this group we find a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1013 sq ft villa that was on the market for 197 days. Listed at $99,900 this villa sold for $85,000.

The average days on the market for these 5 closings was 216 days.

Safety Harbor Florida is a small waterfront community located directly on Tampa Bay.
