This home was on the market for only 75 days, which is amazing since it was a short sale! Listed at $365,500 this home actually sold for $345,000.
On the other end of this list of 18 homes is a 2 bedroom 1 bath 1538 sq ft bank owned home that was listed for $62,000 and sold for $47,250 after being on the market for 246 days!
