Have any realtors seen an increase in business yet this 4th quarter?

Has anyone seen their business pick up this 4th quarter of the year? Everyone was saying that we would probably begin to see a little change in the real estate market in the 4th quarter and then continuing into the 1st quarter of 2008. I was just wondering if any of the other states and realtors have seen an improvement in the market as of yet? The snowbirds are beginning to return to Florida. As far as the market down here its stagnating. You see a few sells but nothing to write home about. Lets hope to 2008 brings a better year in the real estate market. Remember the baby boomers will be turning 62 this year so we can hope for the best. Everyone have a great day and take care.
