Pinnacle Communities (www.PinnacleCommunities.net) built the four floorplans of the Canyon Crest community in 2002. The homes range in size from 1602 to 2660 square feet with only the largest model being a 2 story.
There are about 100 homes on the streets of Arvita, Glendora, Tropea, Niguel, Castellano, Manteca, and Panella with original pricing in the $300,000s and today's values in the $500,000s. HOA dues run about $100 per month with no real community amenities, and there are no Mello Roos. The school district is Oceanside.
Many homes have nice views of the open space to the west and the Camp Pendelton hills. Homes on the east side may have backyards with upslopes and could back to the busy street of Vandergrift, however, road noise is minimal.
