Michael - not only will it continue, it will get better. The people who want new homes however are going to have a tough time I believe.

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

August looked pretty vigorous for sales in Williamson, I believe September was equally busy and maybe a slight fall slow down in October ahead.

Mike - you may be right, but I hope not. I tend to be optimistic, as you know, but I think we have an abundance of people migrating to Franklin and Cool Springs because of the health care industry. Most of the office buiildings in Cools Springs belong to health care companies, and they are still hiring people. Most of those people want to live in the area.

Larry - Is there a county in TN that isn't having an increase in sales?  That is excellent news for Williamson County homeowners and sellers.

Michelle - I'm sure that Shelby county is still falling like a stone, but that's because businesses are all leaving memphis.

Wow with your inventory decrease in Williamson county do you think you are headed for stable market territory or will winter sales dampen that?

Renee - we typically slow down in January and February, but this year might be the exception.
