This is a direct oceanfront condo-hotel unit in The Plaza Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Plaza is one of the best condo-hotels in the area. A few years ago I would have added «and the most expensive», but today it is not really the case. Prices are up from a year ago, don't make a mistake about it, but they are still not through the roof, and are only 35 to 45 cents on a dollar compared to the initial prices of 2005-2006 when the Resort was converted to condo-hotel.
So, yes, the price for this direct oceanfront condo studio is $115,000, and this is more than double from the prices in 2009, but still a far cry from $287,022 in December 2005.
The Plaza Resort & Spa enjoys envious location on the busiest strip in Daytona Beachside, next to Ocean Walk Village, all bars, restaurants, just a short walk from the Boardwalk, Main Street, Ocean Center...
Maintenance fee is $428.22 a month, but this is one of the best rental properties in the area, and so far I did not hear complaints that it did not pay for itself, especially when you are talking about oceanfront unit.
There are some limitations, like strict no pets policy, and a restriction on your stay there, which can't be longer than 30 consecutive days and not more than 60 days in calendar year.
