I thought sure with all the squawking they were doing, my dog would shy away from this rowdy group of hens. But she was fearless, putting her nose right through the fencing. I was just waiting for one of these curious birds to give her a warning peck, but it seems they were just as curious as she was.

I have hens like these. My dog and cats were very curious when I first brought the chickens home. Now, they all just watch each other intently. It is quite funny.
That's a great pic. It does so well to capture the curious nature of each of the "species" . . . Coco is thinking "tastes like . . . chicken." LOL

Those are pretty chickens and some are as curious about Coco as she is about them.
