Buckingham township, Bucks County, Real estate market report, November 2011

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Buckingham township in November 2011.

I looked for residential listings sold in November . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 8 homes that settled in November 2011.

The average original list price was $ 460,688.

The average last list price was $445,313

The average sale price was $ 426,500

Highest sale price was $735,000

The lowest sale price was $97,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 97

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 95.93%

Gita Buckingham Township seem to be doing well, I was impressed with the list to sale. also good to see there was a sale in the 700's. We a still having a challenge with certain price points.
