A/R Members...It's Okay

I'm all over the stop commenting if it's "never" reciprocated - I used to be a big deal Radio celeb in my neck of the woods, I never forgot to be kind, and take the time to talk to someone, or reciprocate a good deed. ( In short, I remembered that I was just like everybody else.)  Some of the so-called popular bloggers act  as if they're above the menial stuff - I don't get it. BUT I'm about ready to unsubscribe and stop reading them - as for not blogging "everyday," right on. If we grow to resent it, the joy will go with it too. ( Suggested)

Amen to this list Larry/Sheila. I've been doing 4, 9, and 10 this week to shed some dead weight and feel a lot better for it.  Suggested.

Sheila, thanks for the pass, as it has been WAY too busy some days to comment or write a blog, but when I have a few free minutes, I try to catch up!

Larry & Sheila - I think it took me a solid year to learn I can function without AR.  Although I still check in almost daily, but don't always comment or post.

Everyone has to do what works best for them and the reasons they do them....well said...enjoy your Sunday.

Larry and Shelia I love this post,  You did a great job covering all the things it was okay to do.  The important thing for each person is to do what's working for his or her business and schedule and not worrying about what others might think.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.  I have unsubscribed from many groups.  And, I used to comment on people who never returned the favor.  I quit doing that quite a few years ago.  I rarely comment on featured posts (sorry), I try instead to comment on listings and market reports because the bloggers need some incentive. 

This was terrific, and thanks for telling me about it, too.

Actually I learned a lon time ago not to put all my eggs in one basket. There are so many other income producing activities than being on AR all day. If some of the members spent even half of their time working on their website and SEO they would be making a lott more money!

Good reminder that there is still life outside of ActiveRain.  However, I wish you would remove your okay for ranting.

Larry & Sheila, I am experiencing spending too much time in/on ActiveRain.  I'm doing so at the expense of other things.  I'm working on achieving "balance" and better time management.  You are right ... it's OK to .... all of the above!

Larry & Sheila -- I can't believe this wasn't featured....yet.  I just suggested. I have had to lighten up a bit here because everything just gets too overwhelming at times.  We have to do what works for us and do the best we can.  Great post!

BEcause I am such a type A personality sometime I stress that I haven't commenting every day or miss the 100 pts from not logging in on really busy days.  Is till haven't gotten to the poitn of blogging too regularly, but while AR is important and blogging and commenting are important, getting out there and working the business and doing what really makes the money is important too.
