The Department of Community Affairs (DCA) which administers the Georgia Dream Homeownership Program has made a significant change in the maximum income levels qualifying buyers to participate in the program. Georgia Dream Income limits reflect everyone in the household. For metro Atlanta (defined by DCA as the Metropolitan Statistical Area or MSA), the Georgia Dream Homeownership Program income limits are outlined below.
