We have discussed the importance of asking questions, listening to our customers and putting together a team that will make our jobs easier.
Now that everything is moving along quickly, it is easy to fall into the trap and we get "too busy" to market.
Haven't we all been there? Busy starts to flow in and all of our time is spent working with these ready, willing and able buyers. What gets pushed to the back burner, our marketing! This is the biggest mistake a sales person can make.
If you haven't continue to market, you will find yourself in one of the dreaded dry spells. And so begins the peaks and valleys of our business. It is that roller coaster ride that is most discouraging to a sales professional.
In order to maintian a constant stream of customers, it is necessary to be consistent with our marketing. Whatever method you select, be consistent in the timing. Statistics show that mixing up the type of contact will result in greater results. So if you send an email one month, the next make it a phone call, or a personal note.
