Kristin - we all need to open our eyes and see what happening to so many poor, helpless animals and how they are being slaughter for their pelts - it's disgusting. I really hope Senator Harb's bill passes!
Kristin - this is great news! I wasn't aware of the loss of the fur pelt trade to Russia - that's fantastic! Crossing my fingers that Canada has the good sense to pass the bill.
Hey Kristin, I will click on this. It is a good thing that someone is doing something right.
Good morning Kristin. Thank you for the good news. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope our Canadian friends in the Rain, do what they can.
Hi Kristin! I received this email this morning, too. It's great news! I'll be overcome with joy when the useless, barbaric seal hunts are finally a thing of the past.
Kristin, I hope this is truly going to stop the market for their pelts. Now if we could only help the dolphins being slaughtered every year and the rhino's... --Krystal
Krystal...I know it is never ending...I wish it ALL would end for the animals best interests !!
Kristin~ I love you for putting this out there....a long LONG time coming. WOW! One step forward, many more to go...but with activists (like ourselves) their voices can be heard with a resounding "SAVE"!!!
Kristin - this really is good news - a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope it goes all the way!
Hi Kristin,
This is good news and I hope I gets passed. It has been a month since you wrote this so perhaps it has been passed? Please let us know. It is good that the everyone is banning the pelt trade worldwide.
I follow the Pandas in China and they have a real problem with poachers killing the animals for their pelts too and it is so sad. There is a big Panda reserve in China that finds mother slaughtered periodically and the babies running alone so they take them in and raise them until they can be moved to some of the big zoos like San Diego, Washington DC etc. where they have the facilities to keep them and promote breeding.
People will do anything for money .
Kristin, I know, it just disgusts me....why can't everyone treat animals as they treat humans in most cases?
