I am going to give you some White Lake home buying tips for the current market.  Right now it is a very hot market.  Some homes if they are in good or great condition will sell quickly.  Sometimes they sell in one or two days.  So if you are buying a White Lake home here are my tips.

1.)  Put in your offer quickly if you like the home

2.)  Have your Realtor put an expiration date on your offer so the seller doesn't sit on your offer.  You do not want an agent to wait for more offers to come in to see if anything else is better.

3.)  Respond quickly to the counter offer.  Again for the reason you do not want another offer to sneak in.  The seller has no obligation at any time to continue to negotiate with you.  So if a better offer comes in you may be out of luck.  So work to get the deal sewn up.

So the bottom line in this hot real estate market in 2012 is to act quickly and be decisive.  I hope these White Lake home buyers tips will help you win the home you are bidding on.
