Happy New Year

I want to take this opportunity to wish all my new found friends on Active Rain a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year. I hope that 2008 is better for all of us. Let us all fight the naysayers who keep saying that itsa going to be another year or 2 until the housing and real estate markets rebound. These are only their opinions. All we can do is to work smarter and harder to get the listings and then to sell them. If we all as a group do this we can turn the market around in 2008 and show the naysayers that it was only their opinions and that they were wrong. Let's all try and work together and remember SELL, SELL, SELL.
