Commerce Township home buyer tips

Here is a Commerce Township home buyer tip on what to expect when doing a walk thru right before closing.  The house should be broom clean.  Which basically means that they should not have left any junk behind.  Just because the Commerce Township home seller did not want an old couch, or bag of cement doesn’t mean they can leave it behind.

So when you are doing a final walk thru of that Commerce Township Michigan home it should be free of all the seller’s possessions.   There should be no damage to the house from moving out.

You should be checking that the items that are supposed to be there are.   Is the furnace, hot water heater, air conditioner all there?  Have any of the light fixtures been swapped out?  Are the appliances that were supposed to be left there, still there?

A walk through should only take about 15 -20 minutes.  So I hope this helps you understand what you should expect when buying a Commerce Township home.  For more Commerce Township home buying tips go to
