O.K. here  I go again, looking for an agent to help me with a listing that is already procured and can not find anyone who has customer skills, etiquette or common courtesies!  

The last time I looked for an agent to refer 2 listings to in Port St Lucie, Florida I could not find anyone either. I wanted to really find someone on Active Rain so that they too could tell their story of how great the rain is but what's to ever tell if you never return my phone calls and emails?  I went through my old XXXXX network and found a couple of " I am all that" agents who do not fit my criteria of working for our customers! When it is all about YOU how can it be all about THEM?

I finally found a wonderful agent who was not in Port St Lucie but close enough to help us out. We are co-brokering those two listings with Ruth Jacobs, who also is a member of Active Rain. Ruth has been awesome to work with! I would recommend her highly for referrals. She really has integrity, honor and she actually knows how to pick up the phone and call me and she uses email! 

Now, we have a seller who has a property here in Wellington which we have already put under contract, it is a short sale and he now needs to sell his house in Tallahassee and so here I go, on my search again!

I have contacted Top Producers in this area and no one calls me back. I have called and emailed XXXXX agents *Again* and not a call back in over one week! Don't you think emails and messages not being returned in one week is a little unprofessional to say the least? 

There are no serious active bloggers on Active Rain in Tallahassee! A big town like that, our state capitol and no bloggers and no agents return my calls. I even contacted those members on Active Rain that just had their profiles listed in hopes to find someone who wants to actually work!

Tallahassee would be a gold mine for an agent who wants to blog, earn points, work and be an active part of Active Rain! It would not take long to get to the top of the Rain there! WOW, it got tempting to move up there , for a minute! 

One company's owner set up a blog and I thought; their profile was great but then I could not find out anything about them because their first blog post says that they set up their Active Rain blog for the agents in their office to blog on when they are doing floor duty! WHAT?!? Did I read that right? How are you going to build relationships with the consumers when you do not tell them who you are and how am I supposed to learn about you to refer listings to you when I can not find anything other than your awards? Who are you? What are you about? And don't you think those agents doing floor duty can set up their own FREE ACTIVE RAIN blog and have their own profile? 

So here I am back at frustrating square one looking for an agent in Tallahassee who actually wants to work!

Oh, how I wish Broker Bryant sold real estate in Tallahassee, not just Poinciana! Or Dan Forbes from Bradenton, Or Cyndee Haydon from Clearwater, Florida! Hey, I know they will call me back!!!! Maybe I could just move Tallahassee a bit closer to one of them!
