As mentioned in our blog “Number of Downtown San Diego Condos Sold has Been Increasing from Month to Month” the average sale price for April ($465,479) shows a slight decrease from March ($472,696). We started out the year with an average sale price of $380,970 and went up slighty in February to $388,745 and then thereafter a slight decrease for March and April. The reason for the lower sale price for April is the Developer Sales over at Smart Corner in the East Village neighborhood. Many of the sales in this complex were under $200,000.
