A 24 hour hotline phone number, as a sign rider, is included replacing outside flyers. NO need to fill to refill a flyer box! And if they need to speak to me, they have that option. The caller is directed to input the street address of the home and receive the pertinent information. It is also a call capture system wherein phone numbers are captured and sent to me. Callers are contacted to ascertain if all their questions were answered. They don’t always answer, but they know I’m out there searching for a ready and willing buyer.
GREEN COMMUNITY SERVICE HELPS!
I am the Realtor Committee Chair for the Residential Green Building Committee, AZChapter, USGBC, AZ Chapter. I am in front of GREEN individuals constantly, including Builders, Designers, Architects, LEED AP’s, and many others and can “tout” your green home. I hold booths with other volunteers to engage consumers about “greening” their homes. Frequently engaging with others interested in green homes increases the likelihood of locating an interested party. Plus I just met (7/12) with the Arizona Regional MLS to add 20+ green features to the MLS so more of your green features can be listed.
As a member of the Phoenix Green Chamber of Commerce, networking and touting your home are mainstream and I attend their educational seminars, networking events, and other meetings monthly.
