Sandy - I think I have a lot to learn about Evernote. I've heard it's cool, but this sounds amazing.
Hi Dennis, for sure, don't be truant again! :)
Hi Barbara, I turned in my Blackberry last year for a Droid and haven't regretted it. You'll love the iphone and these new apps!
Hi Cheryl, I hadn't heard of Cartavi before, but it sounds a little like Dropbox. I will check that out.
Hi Wandanna, check it out, I think you will see its potential.
Hi Sherry, that is the best about AR. The new things you can learn.
Hi Christine, I think this one has staying power.
I love evernote! I read their blog to see how others are using it and it gave me lots of ideas. Everyday, I am using it more and more. I think the hardest part is just deciding on how you want to organize your files. But you can move your notes and notebooks areound so that helps.
sounds interesting, I'll have to check it out. I've been writing my posts in word then copying and pasting into the blog.
Sandy: Can you send me the how to on the Starred gmail! I see where you can star the emails but how do you get them to Evernote? You can email me at brendamoore59@gmail.com or post here for all!
Thanks

Hi Michele, yes it is very adaptable to your own work habits. I'm still tweaking mine all the time!
Hi Norma, Anytime! Just holler if you need help
Hi Mike, I was told that copy and paste from Word was not the best way, as it brings hidden formatting along with it and it sometimes causes problems. Evernote, google docs, Scribefire are just some of the ones that work better.
Saw this on FB....NOw I need to go and use Evernote...downloaded a month ago :)
Hi Brenda, I sent you the email. Thanks for stopping by.
Hi Rebecca, Yup, do it!
OK, I just installed Evernote onto my Mac. Evernote was previously to me, only an obscure Droid app. I pasted this entire post and comments to it. Turned out quite nicely. This could be promising.
Well today, I figured out that I can send my emails from my gmail to Evernote. Everyone has a given email address with Evernote. You go into your gmail and find the email you want to send to Evernote. Click onto that email - in the To box find your Evernote email addy in your contacts list. Then in the Subject line type the notebook and tags to where you want your email to go.
Example: @Cooking #pies #chocolate
Your email will then go directly to your Cooking Notebook with pie and chocolate tagged.
Very cool.

Hi Dave, it is promising and really helps you keep track of a lot of stuff! And you didn't even have to paste it. If you had the Evernote web clipper, you could have used it to copy the entire article, entire page or just the url into a new note. If you don't have this then you could just copy the url into a note. That way, when you click on the url you will see the latest comments as well.
Hi Brenda, congrats on doing it! I mentioned this in my post, but only in passing. I find that any email in a transaction can be copied (bcc) to the file, and in this way and then you have all the bits and pieces of a transaction together in one spot.
We have it on our IPAD but haven't used it yet. You've given us some ideas and it does sound promising...
Hi Mark, great! Hope you find it useful.
Hi Larry and Sheila, never to lose something or to find something again easily is promising!
Sandy~ Thanks for recommending evernote, it's a great tool and should help-out tons,,,thanks!
You are correct, I use Evernote for all kinds of things, including those keybox and shackle code numbers!
Hi Sandy,
Your post sounds exciting! I'm trying to learn all about Evernote but a newbie in that tech area. I'm looking for a good tutorial to make good use of it. You certainly are putting Evernote to good use and I admire you for your skill.
Thanks, Sandy -- I'm just learning about EverNote and glad to see there are many who are speaking of its many benefits.
