Anita, OH MY! I'm thinking southern plantations! Nice pics.
Anita - The Heather on Houston sounds delightful. YOU are the best example on producing great neighborhood/community posts. Congratulations on a well deserved feature - setting the example in community posts.
To go to sleep and then wake up in Heather....not bad...not bad at all
Hi Anita, the Heather subdivision has some beautiful huge southern homes, congrats on the feature.
Hi Anita,
You just keep coming up with all kind of subdivisions to offer your client. Good for you.
I really like the first home in the presentation or slide show.
I hope you get offers soon.
Have a great weekend out on the farm in Georgia. Are the pumpkins ready yet? LOL
Best, Clint McKie
What a beautiful development and all of the homes seem to be magnificent and different in architectural design.
Always a pleasure, thanks Michael.
Bobbie...especially for the one with the double porch!
Thanks Barbara...I am always surprised when a feature rolls my way, but appreciative. These types of posts make the phone ring!
LOL Richie. Have a wonderful day. ;-)
It has much to offer new buyers Rebecca.
Clint...no pumpkins but plenty of peaches, ;-)
Chris/Dick...it does have a wide appeal that will attract many types of buyers.
Ahhhh.... Warner Robins. Went to High School at WRHS and my parents ended up retiring in this wonderful city. Mom was a commercial lender at CB&T and helped most of the builders build these great homes. Great real estate... great little city where the people have fantastic values.
Jason Tomlinson is a good friend and carries on his father's name building some great homes there... (As is Wendy Chastain-Ruzic.)
Great little city and congrats to the WR little leaguers for winning another State Champs title yesterday and will go on to rep. GA in the SE regionals. Can't wait to see them on ESPN again when they bring home another Little League World Series Title!
(Tell your Broker my Mom says Hello!)
Cheers!
I do believe your areas has a more beautiful homes on the market than any other area OR maybe you just do a wonderful job of presenting them.
@ Judi,
I don't mean to hijack this thread but since I grew up there and now live far, far away that still has tons of friends there... it's an absolutely wonderful area that is a big sleeper. People from all over retire there due to the Air Force Base. Great schools (I had classmates / good friends that went to MIT, Notre Dame, Oxford, Emory, Duke, UNC and of course, UGA (I'm Alumni- Go Dawgs!) and Georgia Tech among many other notables.) and a great environment. Not your typical GA city that's outside of Atlanta.
(I apologize Anita... but every time I see your posts It brings back fond memories of WR.)
It's an area growing up in that you can't wait to get out of with the opportunities given to you... and then you grow up and want to move back to.
Can't wait to pop back into town and do some visiting. ;)
Will do Paul...I agree too, W.R. is a great place to live! Stop by anytime...you aren't hijacking. ;-)
Judi...we sure do have our share of wonderful homes.
