Short Sales 2012 - 21 which was 51% of all sales.
Short Sales 2011 - 20 which was 20 % of all sales.
Overall, distressed sales (Bank owned and short sales) made up 68% of all sales. In August 2011 distressed sales made up 67% of all sales.
