I AM familiar with it, thanks to (OK, time for a publicity plug) First American Hazard Disclosures who I use all the time in my buyer transactions. Regardless of who you get the information from, it's an important safety item to be aware of and should be pat of EVERY home purchase.

Endre,  This is good information for anyone considering a home that might be on or near this pipeline.  We have a discloure  about the Coastal Construction Line.   A lot of people don't know but it's important that they do know.   That's why they should call you when looking for a home in Los Angeles.

Good info for new buyers to know when making a decision where to live. Good for realtors to be aware of the laws in disclosing this to buyers.

My big question is when is our nation going to move toward alternative energy in a serious way?

Hi Endre -- keeping up to date with the latest in disclosure is important for our clients -- this is one that is not to be taken lightly -- I do like your comment about the errant golf balls noted in the Statewide Advisory -- that one always gets a smile from buyers who are considering a property miles from the nearest golf course.   

That's an interesting disclosure. We have very little gas in our area so I can't see that happening for a year or two. Good idea!

Another disclosure!  I have heard about it but thanks for the reminder.  Having it as part of the Natural Haz Disclosure statement will at least keep it in the appropriate context and all of those type disclosures together.  We use Property ID. How about you?

I know, I know.... another disclosure. I wish there was one disclosure that covered all of the warnings in one place. It would save paper and time. Read about everything that could go wrong here, and sign. You've been warned!

Endre-That's a disclosure of information that potentially affects property and life. Seems reasonable that buyers would have access to this information before closing the deal.
