Craig Daniels' post, Which ActiveRain Yearbook Page Are You On? just reminded me that it's been four years to the day since I fell down the ActiveRain rabbit hole.
I stumbled across ActiveRain while searching for best placed websites across the country. Once I found ActiveRain I never looked back.
I thought today would be my blog's birthday but I guess I didn't get up the nerve to write a blog post until January 7th. I was already hooked by that point since my post was titled "I Need An Active Rain Intervention!"
Real estate blogging instantly clicked for me when I saw what people were doing with it on AR. Prior to finding you all real estate blogging made no sense to me. Any examples I'd seen were kind of pathetic and I just didn't get why you'd want to blog about real estate.
ActiveRain's in a different league however and it opened my eyes to the possibilities. I decided to make my new website a blog. Lately I spend a lot more time there than here but just dipping into the AR posts reminds me of how much there is to learn here - and how many hours I can spend cruising the blogroll if I let myself!
