Clear The Clutter and Get A Fresh Start in 2008!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX One DRE#01045442

jpegIf you are preparing your home for sale this year, clearing the clutter from your home is a great place to start. No matter how lovely your home is, it will always show better with less clutter. Just think of any model homes you may have viewed, or just think "Less is More".

Ridding your home of clutter also gets rid of more items that collect dust. Just consider all the time you spend wading through things you have not used or needed for years just to find something important! You will definitely be doing your self a big favor by at least throwing away or donating items that are not sentimental and that you have not used for a few years.

My clutter is nothing like that in the picture, but I am slowly working on getting rid of it. This is the year of declutter! Those little dust bunnies will have no where to hide! :)

Wise advice.  If they do not want to throw away anything, place it in a rental storage.
