John: It is quite the contrast sometimes when looking at offerings from different areas.

Very true Roy. Add in the warm weather and it is a wonderful place to call home.

Cheaper to buy than rent in this community, Ginny.

Debbie...very reasonably priced and in an area close to lots of activity.

BLiz...It does take some getting used to for those not familiar with this area but most end up liking this style of home.

George...it all adds up to being a wonderful place to live!
