WHEN E & O INSURANCE GOES EEEOOOWWW

By

In the Real Estate business where the stakes are high, it is common practice to want and have E & O insurance that protects the practitioner of an event that went south whether they were at fault or not. It also protects against known or unknown circumstances and direct or indirect causes too. There is always the chance that something was over-looked and that can be costly

TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED

What if your insurance failed? What if it did not protect you? You wont know this until you call upon them and your situation is reviewed. What most people don't understand is that while the insurance companies appear to be on your side and will lend you their ear and their help at the same time they are listening very carefully to what you are saying and what you did

YOU ARE NOT COVERED FOR THAT

You see if they find that you strayed or boo boo-ed for any little reason, then you are not covered by them. You know that small print that hurts your eyes and that no one has time for? You know the one that doesn't apply to you because you will never need it? Well its more for the insurance company than for you. It says all those things AND MORE...

I DIDN'T KNOW...doesn't matter

If they discover any fraud, misrepresentation, deliberate acts or lack of Real Estate practices, well they don't have to insure you. It comes up often in disagreements, litigation, arguments and transactions that certain procedures were not followed and as a result, someone was damaged. It could be something you did or didn't do and you could have known about it or did not know...

INSURANCE THAT DOESN'T FAIL

When this happens, your only recourse is to hire an attorney out of your own pocket. But by then it becomes a financial burden so an alternative is suggested by an attorney here in California. For a small fee that is payable out of escrow, he will review your transaction and assure it complies with what is taking place...

SMALL FEE PAYABLE AT CLOSING

Today more than ever people are quick to pull the trigger on what they believe or perceive to be a wrong done to them. An equal response is necessary or the situation rapidly shifts against the practitioner. Don't let this happen. This bears repeating. For a small fee payable out of escrow, This man will review and counsel your transaction

Having an attorney to review procedures as part of your Real Estate team is a win for all

I agree. The problem is that the legal system has to be fed & it will look for anything to sue anybody. It is corrupt & it has happen to me. I won in court after paying $100,000 in fees on a bogus complaint.

Hello Jimmy...People outside of America made this observation Jimmy...How come everyone over there sues everybody all the time? So instead of coming over here to work hard, they now come to SUE and retire early....too much. Having an attorney is a smart move for movers and shakers

Richie this is the first time that I have heard of an Attorney offering this service.  Is this a common thing for Attorneys to offer where you are?
