FHA Approved Condos in Branford Connecticut

If you've been qualified for FHA financing and are looking to purchase a Branford condo it is critically important to know which complexes are on the FHA Approved Condominium List before you begin your search.

Don't risk the disappointment of finding a condo you love and then learn from your lender that it is not FHA approved.

The following complexes are currently FHA approved at the time of the writing of this post and are subject to change.

Donna, excellent advice to have them check the FHA Approved Condo List first. When I a pre-approving a Borrower and they tell me that they are looking to purchase a Condo, the very next words out of my mouth is "Check the FHA Approved Condo List First" if they are going to need to do an FHA Loan.

With all the complexes that are not FHA approved, I am actuallu getting less demand from folks that want to do an FHA on a condo. Since I can do all complexes with 5% down, we're doing them with conventional mortgages.

George - Absolutely...it will save them in the long run.

Dagny - Hope to do a few others for other towns too. Just have to get out to get pictures of the condo complexes first.

Jennifer - With over 50 complexes in Branford it lessens the confusion for buyers to have this information available to them.

Joe - That's great news and thanks for the info that buyers have another option with 5% down with conventional financing.
