Ok, I am not going to be stubborn and try to figure out this one on my own....so, those of you doing it, will you PLEASE TELL ME how to add those super cool counters and feed buttons and widgets to the sidebar of my profile?

I am impressed, I want to add them, I think they are cool.

I am w/ delicious, technorati, squidoo, my blog spot, Spock, blogger, Estately, etc, etc, etc....and would like to add some of the cool connect tools I see so many of you guys using.

Can anyone help me out with tips and tricks?

(Tom Plant...I know you are out there and will have some tips for me!!!) :)

I have picked up a lot of information on how to do things with my profile and blog by Brad Andersohn. I do know that when you go to a site and get the html to insert into your blog to have it appear on the side bar you need to enter the code in the "My Settings" section in the "Blog Description" section. HTH :)
