Howard County Residential Resale market report for February 2013
Howard County home sales was actually down in February 2013 over the same month of the previous year. This was by no means due to the lack of ready, willing and able buyers, but the insanely low supply of inventory. In the trenches, good homes sold quickly and some with multiple offers. There is a residual supply of over priced homes and short sales that are still hanging around on the market.
