Hudson, FL Home Sales for April, 2013

The number of single family home sales increased significantly from 61 in March to 86 in April and the sold prices increased also.

Single Family Homes

Sold in April: 86 (70 Regular sales, 16 were REO)

Average List Price: $127,281.00

Average Sold Price: $120,637.00

Listing to Sales Price Ratio: 95% Days to Contract: 134

Currently Active: 321

March Sales: 61, Avg Listed $106,760.00; Avg Sold $101,326

Condos, Villas, & Townhomes seem decline in sales price. But that may be due to the difference in subdivisions and condo sizes.

Sold in April: 14 (2 were Short Sales)

Average List Price: $57,607

Average Sold Price: $53,207.

Listing to Sales Price Ratio: 92% Days to Contract: 179

Currently Active: 60

March Solds: 14, Average Listed $87,106; Sold $81,957.
