Ginny: Our cost of living in middle GA is very reasonable.

Exactly right Larry/Sheila. If homeowners have any inkling that they might want to list, it is a great time to do so in the Notting Hill Subdivision.

Joan...they really do look like executive homes but are very reasonably priced for families.

Toni...so many are content with where they are living and do not want to move.
