Dorie, For them, this was the culmination of trying to sell their home on and off for 6 years, including a series of agents prior to us.  We tried with them last year, showings but no offers.  They trusted us enough for another opportunity this year.  VERY happy that it happened so quickly for them.

Conrad, The perfect alignment of circumstances for this one.  More typical in our area is a month, maybe two or more minimum to get under contract.  To go start to closing in 37 days is (for now) outside the norm.

Andrea, Definitely happy!  A little breather before starting their next home, probably new construction.
